David Carter

David died yesterday.

He will be greatly missed, not just as a friend to many of us but as a good, decent, generous man of integrity with great personal warmth and a vision of community that is all too uncommon. David had ideals, but more importantly he DID things about them.

Our sympathy and prayers go out to his family, who are feeling his loss keenly.
